The Compliance Department Inc. agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of its Clients and the confidentiality of proprietary information it learns about its Client's business, products, services, functions, operations and trade secrets, as well as its findings, Branch Audit Reports, Work papers and statistical compilations made pursuant to any contractual agreement.

 The Compliance Department Inc. does not make its client lists available to any non-affiliated entity.  All affiliates and associates of The Compliance Department Inc. are required to subscribe to the Firm's privacy policy and code of professional ethics.
